Download Instructions: For those of you who are running Windows operating systems, just right click on the red link of the file that you want to download and choose "Save Target As" from the menu that appears. Then choose a location on your computer and save it. For Macintosh users, just Cmd-click on the link or click and hold on the link until the "Download To Disk" option appears in the menu.

Note: Please do save the videos or music files to your computer and don't just click on the links to watch them over the website, "streaming" them. This takes up bandwidth and besides, you would have to wait for it to buffer and you won't be able to watch the video all at once. It is best to download it to your computer and watch or listen to it that way. Thank you. :)
